How can I keep my Virgin number, whilst using your services?

Before you can divert your calls to Simply66, you'll need to know which colour zone you are in.

Finding out your colour zone

Using your Virgin phone, dial 1765. You'll be told a particular colour zone. Make a note of this, and go to the relevant section below:

Green, Blue, Yellow and Pink Zones

  • To divert all of your calls immediately, press *21*[diverted number]# (Once call divert is active, you'll hear a confirmation tone)
  • To cancel call divert, press #21#
  • To check if call divert is active, press *#21#

Red Zone

  • To divert all of your calls immediately, press *70[dial tone][diverted number] (Once call divert is active, you'll hear a confirmation tone.)
  • To cancel call divert, press #70
  • Red Zone numbers are unable to check if call divert is active

Diverting unanswered calls, or calls made when your line is engaged

The divert code you'll need to use depends on the zone you live in, and whether or not you have voicemail activated on your account. For a divert code specific to you, please contact Virgin Media.
